Year to date SCCA Majors entries for FF are up by more than double. A 120% gain over 2024. This is with 10 of 33 races completed.

Attention Formula Ford drivers, the SCCA has approved new tire rules.
Depending on the era of your car, you may have up to three different Hoosier tires to choose from.
This rule change was published in the GCR, and went into effect on March 1, 2025.
Short Story
> Older cars with rocker-arm or outboard suspension can use the R60 Bias Ply tire, the VFF, or the radial
> Newer cars with push- or pull-rod suspensions are required to run only the radials
This applies to all SCCA races, including the Hoosier Super Tour where Formula F is included such as the June Sprints — plus all Regionals, Majors, and the Runoffs.
